For hygienic reasons, the products must not be opened or tasted. Opening or tasting automatically causes the exclusion of exchange or return. All hygienic products can only be returned unopened. If a product is opened, the product is excluded from exchange.


Hygiene has the highest priority for us, so we have to protect ourselves with this strict handling. This is necessary because we have neither the competence to trace a usage nor the possibility to clean the products according to our high hygienic standards.
